IMPORTANT NOTICES!

Hello PeePs!!!!

There are a few important announcements this week.. so pay attention! :)

Firstly, Ms Liew pass me a CIP form.. and it says to submit official documentation for all external CIP done in 2006. To Ms Angel Yang of Bio dept for activities 2,6,and 11. and Mrs Sarah Ong/ English dept for all other activities.

The activities are as follows:
1)Admin/clerial
2)Befriending/Interacting
3)Blood donation scheme
4) Buddy system/ mentoring
5)Collecting (erm.. it doesn't state what.. so i guess anything?)
6) Fundraising
7)General cleaning/litter picking
8)Guiding
9)IT-related
10)Maintenance
11)Organizing/ Facilitating
12)Performing
13)Tutoring/ Reading Programme

Yepp! so i think all the carwash/famine camp/ blood donation can count.. but anything that you got paid for can't be counted!

So next, section is the endorsements. You need
- Full name
- Class
- Nric
-Name of beneficiary/Organizer
-Description of activity done
-Date of CIP
-No. of participants
-CIP hours rendered

if your grp have more than 1 ppl can submit together, but arrange it according to class!
Your letter must bear the organization stamp or be printed on organization letterhead!! The max hours of CIP claimable is 120 hr..but don't think anyone can exceed lah.. library services and flag day are capped at man 12 hours for 2 years! so take note!


Ok.. so if you have done EXTERNAL CIP in 2006, please get the form filled and approach the two teachers yourselves! There is no official form, but i have typed out the template of stuff to include above! i won't be collecting this, so it's on your own initiative. remember that the deadline is 31st jan! and your CCA CIP hours will be computed and handed up by your CCA leaders, so do remind them of the CIP that you all have done.

For other non CCA COLLEGE BASED CIP, please get your teacher in charge to endorse the CIP hours! the official letter criteria is the same as the external CIP one above!

Ok, next up!I'm still holding on to the Talentime signup forms. The deadline is 19th Jan, so if anyone wants to sign up, get the form from me on mon or tuesday!


Ok! then i think yuan guang will send the soft copy of the junior class contact list to me soon. I think i'll send to the entire class once i get the copy! :) yepp.. so check your mails!

And to remind on behalf of Ma Jun and Mare, Monday got Chem SPA Skill A practice! and PLEASE gice majun the $35 on monday! MUST!!!

Ok! i guess that's about it! Let's discuss the class tee and STJ on monday! we must have STJ ASAP.. before the homework starts to pile up and SYF ppl get busy.. and YES, we are going to have a class tee! :) haha..
